It definitely is unusual for me to give 5 stars for anything but exceptions do happen ... and when it happens, where credit is due, credit must be given. Just wanted to say thank you to Shirley Lau and the rest of the HT Wills team for their dedication in finding and matching a suitable buyer for my property this month, which yielded a result beyond my expectations. It was 17 years ago that I engaged HT Wills to manage this very same property and I was always impressed with their ethical and transparent approach to everything, and the way they achieve great results by friendly internal competition within their team. So my expectations were high, and Shirley delivered in spades. HT Wills take a very different approach to property and I like it - they mean it and prove it when they say that instead of going down the easy (for the agent) path of public auctions, they work hard to match the seller to their huge database of buyers and negotiate an outcome from there on. It's all about trust and feeling comfortable and confident you're being taken care of at every step of the selling process - I trusted HT Wills to not just find any buyer in the fastest possible way, but a suitable buyer through dedication and hard work - which they did, even over the Christmas New Year break. I not only ended up getting a price beyond what I hoped for (and was advertised), but most of all I felt taken care of all the way. Extremely impressed with the Lightning sale of my investment property through Shirley. Shirley Sold my property within a week for a very good price. I was fully informed with the process and was given feedback after every inspection. Having said that I originally listed my property with another agent for over 3 months with no results and I was charged marketing fees. Listing with different agencies one after another I can say that H T Wills do have a major point of difference with their marketing and proven sales strategies plus no sale no charge.
