Shiv was incredibly professional punctual courteous and fully understood the local market. Unlike many real estate agents we have dealt with in the past, Shiv did not create false impressions of the value of the property in our minds. Shiv has a very good knowledge of the Norwest/Bella Vista/Kellyville markets and instilled in us a great deal of confidence. We had a small window in time prior to Christmas to have our property prepared for sale, conduct open houses and finally conduct an auction. Shiv’s team took care of us fantastically well, they're recommended a very professional staging company which made our home look fabulous. Shiv’s team also arranged regular mowing and tidying up of the gardens prior to the open homes and ultimately the auction. We were incredibly impressed with the level of communication from Shiv's team, who used WhatsApp, phone calls and text messages to always keep us up to date with where they were at and with anything that they needed from us as the seller.
