Shiv recently sold my property and he is extremely experienced and has extensive knowledge within the real estate market. He guided us through the process of selling our home. He kept us informed all the way through and always available to contact for discussion. It was a pleasure to have him to sell our property and cannot thank them enough. He is an absolute professional and works well with the seller and the buyer. Highly recommend him.
Reliable, trustworthy, by far the best in the region!
Thanks for assisting with sale Shiv, its was great dealing with you throughout the process. You were clear and upfront about everything and always reachable. We sold for suburb record price. Thanks again.
Shiv was incredibly professional punctual courteous and fully understood the local market. Unlike many real estate agents we have dealt with in the past, Shiv did not create false impressions of the value of the property in our minds. Shiv has a very good knowledge of the Norwest/Bella Vista/Kellyville markets and instilled in us a great deal of confidence. We had a small window in time prior to Christmas to have our property prepared for sale, conduct open houses and finally conduct an auction. Shiv’s team took care of us fantastically well, they're recommended a very professional staging company which made our home look fabulous. Shiv’s team also arranged regular mowing and tidying up of the gardens prior to the open homes and ultimately the auction. We were incredibly impressed with the level of communication from Shiv's team, who used WhatsApp, phone calls and text messages to always keep us up to date with where they were at and with anything that they needed from us as the seller. All the open houses that were held produced a number of interested parties and Shiv was able to consolidate their thoughts and present us with a document which helped us decide upon a realistic reserve price for the home. Shiv's auctioneer on the day did a fantastic job in drawing out every last dollar from the bidders and we ended up being very happy with the final sale result. I would highly recommend Shiv and the Ray White TNG team to any prospective seller.
Shiv and his team went out of their way to help me and jai sale our house
Shiv is a very hardworking and thorough agent. I would definitely recommend him to others who are considering selling around the Glenwood area.
We had a wonderful experience selling our ex display home in Stanhope garden through Shiv. Shiv is known for his professional & ethical approach for both buyers & sellers by & large. We sold our property via auction & got the price well above the reserved. Shiv & his team was so helpful & made the whole process so easy for both the parties. Thank you Shiv ...i will strongly recommend Shiv to anyone who is looking to sell their property.
