Genuinely- . Even as a person with high expectations, i was impressed with how Shiv conducted himself through every point of the process. What i liked most was that he acted as an advisor rather a salesman which is pretty much how the rest of the industry acts, which explains why he does so well in the area. I had reservations initially on whether i would get the personalised attention i wanted for someone i knew was super busy and I wasnt dissapointed. This guy is a rare breed.
