I found Shiv to be exceptionally good to deal with. He was incredibly responsive to feedback, and also quick to inform my husband and I of any interest in the property. His manager at the time of our sale however, was a very different story. He was condescending and chauvinistic. Shiv has done well to remain so positive with such a negative influence in his professional life.
