Shiv has been an excellent support for us throughout our purchase transaction. Right from the open house till the settlement, shiv has been extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. He was extremely kind in understanding our needs and suggested us excellent options to cater to it. We required a few extra visits to plan out our renovation and to our surprise Shiv and his associate Emma came forward each time we needed them! Considering how busy they are on weekend and being a working couple we hardly have time on weekdays, Shiv and team helped us to make the house available for us on weekends from their personal time for us to plan and get quotes. Buying a house is a big deal in Sydney and you come across a lot of agents who ofcourse being appointed by the Seller have a biased side to things. Shiv kept a balanced approach and was extremely practical in his dealing which helped us take a much informed decision. He believes in building relations and unknowingly, he has created one with us which we will continue and we will surely engage in business with him without doubts!
