Shiv is a thorough professional and Jaan ideal example of what an agent should be. Given his level of expertise and exposure in his market areas, it is one thing to work for the seller and totally different to advise, work and guide both parties in a trust worthy manner. Been through many agents and many houses, till we interacted with Shiv and there was no looking back.
