I can’t express in words how happy I was with Shiven. He was the absolute best. His effort in selling my property went far beyond what I expected, or even hoped for. He was there whenever I needed support or advice. He told me what to pay attention to and what to ignore as I prepared the unit for sale. He even showed a potential buyer through my unit at 11pm on a Saturday evening because that was the best time for the client. She didn't buy the unit, but it showed his commitment to doing whatever he could to give the unit the best chance to sell. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. I’ve had several real estate agents in my time. If I rated Shiven as a 10 (and he is) then the score that I would give to the best of his predecessors would be a 5. I have already told Shiven that I will engage him to sell the property that I currently living in when it comes time to move on again.
