Having to sell a home owned by a whole family, it was important that the whole family was happy with the agent used. When we first met Shona, we were all blown away by the way she clearly communicated expectations and confidently shared her market insight and knowledge. This was not just a show as we soon learnt Shona was at work straight away and the property was advertised with people walking through within that week. What made this even more complicated was that the premises was rented. Shona negotiated with the tenants. In short, we didn't have to think of anything as Shona already had it covered.
