Shona kept me informed for 6 month prior to my being able to put my property on the market. This helped me to understand the market. Her communication of how to set the value of the property was easy for me to understand and the changes since my last property experience. Shona's dedication to getting the right people to help present my home at its best and her own knowledge of styling was greatly appreciated. Her diligence at communicating with the people who were making offers was outstanding. Since the contract was signed she has helped me to complete the on line documents that have at times been beyond my computing skills. I thank her for making the experience as stress free as it could be for a Senior Person. It has been a pleasure to work with her.
