Shubham got us the result we wanted in a short timespan! Agreed to reasonable terms when other agents were asking for more! Even though the market was pretty flat he was able to negotiate the price we wanted with the small pool of buyers we had. Would certainly be in touch with him again if we were to buy or sell!
