At first i was excited to have Shubham and his team sell my property. Through the experience i felt like i was chasing him a lot for answers of where we were at. He said the property needed only a general clean, as the listing went on it went from general clean to whole renovation, would of expected at appraisal he would notice these things and had to sell at much less than first appraisal.
