When I was looking for an agent to sell my Darwin apartment, I shopped around for an agent, having recently sold 3 other properties and feeling like I knew what I was looking for. I liked Shun's optimism, realism and clear communication. Shun advocated for a simple process, taking into account my current tenant, estimated a sale price that was higher than some other agents and said we had a pretty good chance of selling without advertising. His advertising costs and agents fees were also the cheapest of the quotes I had... just saying.
