If you want a real estate agent to go the extra mile you want Sian!! Sian's ideas on how to present the house for sale and sales techniques got us what we needed to sell for!! Attention to detail and communication skills was exceptional, not someone that messes around. You ask a question or for assistance Sian produces answers and results without the usual wish wash you get with sales people. A real pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone:)
