Easy and professional

Sian was very accomodating with the inspections and was very responsive to calls and messages. She was very easy to deal with and came across as authentic. She helped facilitate the conversation between myself (buyer) and seller. I felt she advocated well to broker a good deal for both sides. We were on a time crunch as it was end of of the year and had to close the deal before Christmas closures. She made a stressful situation relatively easy.
