I mark extremely harshly, so for anyone to get four or five star markings from me, has not been achieved without displaying excellence. Perhaps I should add that my 4 star rating means excellent, and 5 stars means going beyond all expectations. I have employed other agents previously in Hervey Bay who did not demonstrate anything like the effort Sid put in, nor his expertise about the region. He had people interested nearly every week, and constantly worked at strategies to create interest. His advice was given in his quiet usual manner, that everyone recognises as genuinely friendly with significant knowledge, rather than some of the agents I've dealt with in the past who seem pushy and sometimes arrogant, and some that just don't seem bothered. Both Sid and Kerri worked with me to sell 2 properties, and I cannot compliment them enough, and I'm not the easiest of people to deal with. Fortunately Kerri and Sid are, and they represented me very well and most importantly sold both properties during a period of downturn in the market place and others were not selling.
