He kept communications open at all times and would make regular contact to keep us updated with feedback from prospective buyers and with results of similar properties in the area. His knowledge of the local area was good and he understood the demographics of those looking to buy in this area. He also made a number of suggestions for presenting the property that assisted us in making that good first impression. He was always punctual and arrived at the house well before open times to ensure all was in place for inspections.
