Sold a house and it was misrepresented

I don’t know where to start. Before buying the property we were ‘sold’ on certain things within the property and then upon settlement we arrive to find things actually removed and the real estate agents not wanting to take any onus of this at all and stating ‘we have nothing to do with this’. The clothes line was literally removed from the house and we were told ‘we have no power here, sorry’. We should have expected it I guess, they are only there for their commission and that’s it. Make sure with this real estate you triple check everything and don’t trust absolutely anything!
