Knowing what is important & how you achieve that in retail sales
Siena, from the first time we spoke, was professional, insightful & passionate towards the way she introduced me to the property for sale in Seabreeze Village at Camden Street Ulladulla.
During my 55 years of service to varying retail roles I was always taught that the customer/client needs five things from you.
Respect, Consideration, Clarity, Understanding, & Your Time.
Sadly, this is an almost lost part of the retail culture now.
Siena is one of the few unique retail sales people that does have the ability to work with people, to sell the product, while enjoying the processes, & make you feel that you are indeed a part of the ride as well.
Throughout the stages of looking, questioning, deciding & finally purchasing (the property), I was always supported by her. No matter how trivial a question seemed to me, Siena made sure I was comfortable & made aware of every step ahead of me.
As an older member of today's society, I tend to hesitate a bit more. Reflect even more & deliberate even more frequently. To me, it's frustrating. With Siena, it made no difference. She was always kind & considerate - & wonderfully patient with me.
I wish her well in her real estate role ongoing, & thank her dearly for helping me purchase my first home (at the age of 76!).
