I've dealt with a few different agents over the years so I've learnt to know what to expect and what to watch for... and I can wholeheartedly say that Siggi performed above and beyond my expectations. His attentiveness and clear communications always made me feel that he was working in my best interests, and he was always available to contact, regardless of the time or day. Siggi went through everything in detail with me, including a full discussion on the expected price (against the recent sales in the area), and after a few open viewings, not only did I receive some fantastic offers, but he worked hard to negotiate the best price for me, amongst the interested buyers. In the end, the house was sold within the first month of being advertisied, and it sold for around $200K above my own expectations.

Siggi did a great job helping us buy our house. After exchange he did all he could to assist us as we were buying remotely from the UK and needed to organise all sorts of Trades access etc. I am sure the seller was very happy with him as well as he was a tough and persuasive negotiator.
