Silde has been an extremely patient agent, first contacting me almost 2 years ago and staying in touch until I was ready to sell. At no time did he pressure me or annoy me with constant contact. Silde is a very professional person whilst at the same time reassuring and totally approachable. If I have one criticism it is not of Silde but of the waste of presentation material. It is impressive, glossy and really says nothing that Silde doesn’t explain - I would rather discuss in person than read! That is probably just a personal preference. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and I can honestly say that none have given me the confidence in their ability and judgement that Silde has. I believe a Silde has a great future ahead of him and I would have no hesitation in using his skills again, or recommending him to anyone. Silde is one of the best real estate people I have ever met. He has an excellent knowledge of values, market, etc etc. He kept me well informed every step of the way, made useful suggestions when asked, and worked very hard on my behalf, while keeping in mind the requirements of potential buyers.
