Silvana Pannia

Having bought and sold at least 10 properties over 30 years in all states of Australia this recent experience of working with Silvana has to be ranked the very best. You are not only working with a dedicated, straight talking, subject matter expert, but with a team of collaborators that will get the job done in a timely, cost effective manner. Silvana and her team are a credit to the Australian Real Estate Industry and I would have no qualms in reccommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell. I’ve been in sales for 30 years and have to say I felt very comfortable letting Silvana run with the task at hand. The lines of communication, documentation and honest feedback was a breath of fresh air and you would want this team in your corner whether you wish to buy or lease your property. Bravo to Silvana and all of her team.

Silvana did an excellent job selling my Hudson Street property in what became quite a challenging campaign. Unexpected repair work meant the auction had to be deferred, but throughout the process Silvana remained calm, professional and focused on solutions. Her advice was always clear and practical, and she kept me well informed about buyer interest and the best way forward. She also handled the negotiations with the eventual buyer extremely well. It was a long and drawn-out process, but Silvana remained patient, persistent and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for me. I particularly appreciated her steady approach when things didn’t go according to plan. Her experience, professionalism and hard work ultimately helped me achieve a successful sale. I would happily recommend Silvana to anyone looking for an experienced and committed sales agent.

We couldn’t have been happier with Silvana. She was fantastic from start to finish and completely on top of every aspect of the sale. What really stood out was the level of support she provided throughout the entire process. Silvana had a great team available to help with everything needed to get the property ready for market, including repairs, cleaning and styling, which made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. Even in a tough property market, Silvana worked incredibly hard and ultimately achieved the sale price we were hoping for. Her communication, attention to detail and commitment were excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Silvana to anyone looking to sell their property.

Working with Silvana has been a truly great experience. She is not your typical real estate agent - from day one, she was open, honest, kind, and completely understanding. Her extensive knowledge and experience shone through at every turn, and we loved how hard she worked to build great relationships with the buyers too. Throughout the entire process, she guided us with total transparency and always had our best interests at heart. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Working with Silvana was a very positive experience. She came highly recommended by a friend who had also enjoyed a positive experience with her, and she certainly lived up to that recommendation. She was clear, transparent, and proactive in helping me navigate challenges while finding practical ways to achieve my objectives. What I appreciated most was her consistent communication and her willingness to explain the reasoning behind key decisions, giving me confidence throughout the entire process.

Silvana has provided prompt responses, flexibility, and support in the process of buying my first home
