Sylviya is a very professional salesperson. She was always punctual, informative and friendly. I have dealt with several Real estate sales people over the years. I would defininetly rate her as the best. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her services to anyone. Thankyou Sylviya.
It was a good experience. Silvyia explained things clearly and spoke proffesionally and in a polite tone without talking down at me..
Silviya was friendly to deal with and was honest in our communication. getting back to me in a timely manner was also appreciated.
We sold our house in Victoria, while living outside of this State. Was reliant on Silviya to look after our interest, which she did fantastically. She kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and sold the property in a short timeframe. Will have Silviya look after interests again when needed.
Silviya’s knowledge and sales expertise are second to none. She did an excellent job. I highly recommend her.
This was the first time my partner and I had bought a house and completed a move. Silvia was incredibly helpful and patient with our lack of knowledge and made sure we were always kept in the loop. She helped and understood lwhen there were issues outside our control and was extremely professional.
I have owned the investment property for 37 years, managed continuously and competently by Wodonga Real Estate, and its former entity Wheeler and Associates. As Sales Agent, Silviya has been brilliant, quickly arranging a property appraisal, an open day with interest from 12 buyers, and completing the sale. I was regularly kept up to date on progress through the sale procedure, and she conducts herself in a most pleasant manner.
Sylvia was great. Friendly, on the ball & nice and positive. Was always available & returned calls straight away. Can’t really fault her 👍
Siliya was very communicative and professional during the sales of our two rental properties. We were happy with the outcome and professionalism of both Silviya and Wodonga Real Estate.
Excellent market knowledge and professionalism. Very happy with procedure
Silviya struck a great balance of listening to our thoughts and providing her expertise. She was happy to work to our timeframe, giving us time when needed, responding at times that suited us, and keeping us informed along the way. The process was made easy, and we got the result we were after. Thanks Silviya.
