Silviya approached selling my house in a very professional way. She listened first - not as common as you might think - so we quickly established my requirements. This translated into a well targeted marketing campaign that lead to a good outcome. Silviya understands what is different about the market in a small town and that was very much to my advantage. All in all a pleasant experience of what can be a very stressful process.

Silviya was terrific to deal with and made selling our first home easy. She achieved a price beyond our expectations and made the entire process simple. Thank you

Silviya was able to get the ball rolling very quickly on the sale of our house. She kept us informed during the whole process which really reflects her knowledge and experience in the real estate business. She is straight forward and honest but also flexible and willing to work with her clients requests. We had an unusual real estate situation and she handled it with ease. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Our property was auctioned with great results achieved under trying circumstances.
