Silviya has been very helpful throughout the purchasing process. She has been easy to communicate with and has been very obliging when we have asked for several different property inspection appointments. Silviya has been efficient with emails and forwarding documentation and explaining the purchasing process. Silviya was a straight shooter when it can to the overall property review. Honest and got back to us in a timely manner through negotiations.

I found Silviya very easy to talk too and felt comfortable speaking with her on a range of subjects without the anxiety of feeling pressured in what is a sales process. She allowed me to have time to process the information gathered and at to time did she make me feel I was being chased in my decision making. I would gladly recommend her for your real estate requirements.
