This was our first time selling a property and Silviya was really helpful. She found many prospective buyers through her own contacts. She was easy to get in contact with and provided consistent updates. Her commission was reasonable and she Silviya was late to a couple open houses and some attendees left before she arrived. Not a big deal but that's why the review is only 4 stars.
