Silviya Saric
Delivered what she promised!
From our first contact for a market appraisal we were very impressed with Silviya to the point that we didn’t bother to contact any other agents. Throughout the whole experience she was very professional, always punctual and her communication skills were 100%. We particularly valued the timely phone calls after a buyer visit and texts as needed. We took all her advice re preparation for sale and with a very saleable property she worked collaboratively with us throughout the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to other vendors. Thanks Silviya!😄

Thank you so much, Sharon and Gary, for your kind words and generous review!
It was a pleasure working with both of you from the market appraisal all the way through to the sale.
I'm thrilled to hear that my communication and punctuality made a positive impact, and that the timely updates were valuable for you.
It's fantastic to know our collaboration and preparation efforts paid off with a successful sale. I greatly appreciate your willingness to recommend my services, and I'm always here to assist with any future real estate needs your friends or family may have upon your recommendation.
All the best with the move.😊
