He has an in-depth knowledge of the area and understands what attracts people to live in this part of the world. A highly passionate and motivated individual, Sim loves setting challenging goals and meeting them. These goals always embrace providing his vendor with the best possible result, exceeding expectations. Sim completed his degree in Psychology, soon after realising that his true passion lied within property and real estate!

When not working, Sim indulges in his passion for Fitness and Bodybuilding. He is also an A.F.L fanatic. He values his family and friends and is never happier than when he’s managed to put a smile on someone’s face.
