Friendly, professional and honest

I'd absolutely recommend Sim as an agent, I've always found him to be a lovely person to deal with and very prompt with his communications regardless of the time and day. What appealed to me the most about him was that he wasn't pushy and left me to list my property at a time that suited me as opposed to other agents that would contact me each week trying to get me to list. He was also very upfront about the market and pricing from the beginning but still managed to get me an excellent price for my property, in fact he set a record in my area for this time period. Sim has been very patient in finding me the right buyer for my property and providing presentation tips which I really appreciate. He has always been around and encouraged me to contact him whenever I needed advice for future property purchases and I feel like his recommendations for my next steps are in my best interest. I'd love to purchase my next property and list again through Sim in the future :)
