Did a great job in selling the property

From the outset Sim was great to deal with and kept us fully informed during the selling process. His knowledge of the local market bore fruit as he achieved the forecast/expected price for the property. Only criticism is he sold the property in under a month meaning we had two months of unused advertising. LOL
