Have dealt with Sim from ray white over a couple years as I’ve been an investor in the area. Always a very helpful professional to deal with. I was never able to snap a deal (through no fault of his) until recently when I purchased an apartment he had listed. The whole process was smooth and can’t recommend Sim and his associates any higher. Hope to do business in the near future again.
