Simar was the agent for the apartment we purchased this month (April 2023). Simar was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very beginning. Simar is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Simar Gill from Stone Real Estate Parramatta to sell both of my properties. During this stressful time we all found Simar to be respectful and considerate of our wishes, communicated to us the steps and process of selling and an auction and the level of his professionalism exceeded our expectations. We could not recommend Simar enough and we are very happy that he was our real estate agent through this whole process.

We do have a good positive outcome throughout whole process. Simar gives us depth of what is the market condition off the market & actual also. Regularly provide feedback of actual people asking price for property & condition of the market at that time. After find out good prise as comparing market & other same kind of properties, he advise on best buyer price. We agreed with it, sold our house with good outcome. Overall good Custer service by Simar & his team. Thank you for all efforts.

He is good in crystal clear communication, good knowledge of market, good in follow up, always encourage to you not to miss right price property. Overall good experience with him.

I'm glad to have purchased my first home through Simar. He was extremely helpful and approachable, as I had no idea of all the processes involved. Always promptly contacting me back and patiently explaining all the steps when required. Constantly updating and reassuring me that everything was on track. I really appreciate that he has made this process so smooth.

Simar was very prompt in responding to questions and queries, was very open with communication and always kept us in the loop with each step. He explained each part of the sale process and was always accessible via telephone, even after hours! Would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Samaria has been a clear communicator who responded quickly to all of my questions.

Very Professional and real gentleman. Gives clear accurate advice, not any misleading information. I would highly recommend Simar and would like to work with him again.

Both Simar and Chris were friendly, honest and straightforward to deal with when I purchased a property. Everything I have asked has been no problem for them to do. This was my 1st property purchase, and they were good to work with.

I have contacted many intermediary sales, only he surprised me unbelievably! My property is old and not very competitive after renovations, my property had been on the market for 4 months with no good bids until we communicated with simar and he was so confident in getting me the price I wanted, after we signing the contract, he surprised me again! He took only 3 days to help me sell the price I asked for, and my property was sold before it was officially posted on the website again! This is so shocking! Simar is an absolute legend! He has a huge customer base, and he can accurately recommend it to customers with strong purchase intentions! I think I will keep in touch with him and he will definitely help me get better prices on my other investment properties!

Simar was a great help in buying my new property. He was very cooperative in showing me around the property and answering my questions about the auction process.

First time selling a home we were nervous and unaware of the process. Simar was very patient and took the time to explain each step with us. Communication was great and we put our trust in the process which delivered an excellent outcome for us. Highly recommended agent and recommend his services !!
