You here the sayings often, common sense isn't Common and don't give a job to someone who has time. Well Simar is busy. Give Simar your property to sell 100% and forget him. Leave this guy to do his work, your going to find it's done, not done but done better than you could imagine compared to other agents. I've sold a fair few properties in my 67 years with all with different agents. Why different agents Because not one did the job well enough to warrant my repeat business! That's the plain simple truth . They were average despite the promise that make you think otherwise. In the end they cost me more money or more time (same thing) or more damn problems than I wished - Typical for the most part yes? Not with this young man. Oh boy what a breath of fresh air Simar is. You gain vast amounts of common sense, applied with great intelligence and he is masterful in strategy, honest, clear communication plus negotiates so we'll for the seller and the buyer. You will get the best result you can possibly get via this young man. His drive is tenacious, the desire for a happy customer is refreshing. He won't send you down a path of no offers, reduced prices, and making you comfortable with less than expected! Our property required some touching before market. I also had a Tenent in place, yep not the best situation. Spoke with Simar on a Monday did the contacts same day. Damn it he called me on Wednesday saying he had an offer! Tuesday Simar found someone he thought would be an interested buyer, organised with the Tenent direct if he could show them the home on wednesday - even got them to clean up a bit! Later Wednesday he calls me to say he has a written offer. Thursday we had the contracts of sale done, finished tied up in a ribbon. And guess what he negotiated the Tenent leaving date! Simar's calibre at his job is nothing but exemplary it's so good! It's an example to follow. But here is the kicker - I honestly, don't think anyone could!
