Simon was knowledge about that market and won me with his tenacity, work ethic and sales strategy. Being an engineer I had done my homework and Simon was honest, optimistic and willing to work hard. His estimate was slightly higher than the competing agents. He justified this with his good track record, a considered sales strategy and was willing to have "skin in the game". Simon talked me through the whole process (including the interfaces to other parties) and as a result it ran very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
