About Simon

Unmatched Process | Streamlined Communication | Expert Negotiator | Seamless Process To discuss anything real estate related (or Rabbitohs🐰, or surf 🌊, or arts related too ) reach out to me through any of my channels. Professionals in the real estate industry can talk a lot, but I listen. I tailor my approach based on your needs, wants, and goals. I ask questions to understand your situation, and explain any and all proposed strategies so you can decide what suits you and your circumstances best. You’re the boss, and I am your adviser. My process will generate the maximum possible price for your property. I consistently achieve an end sale figure which is in excess of my initial appraisal figure. I like to provide relevant success stories to your home. Ask me about three recent case studies and Ill provide a narrative as to how my process leaves my clients with results that exceed their expectations. Communication is beyond crystal clear. From our first meeting, we define the pathways of communication. Text, email, phone call, WhatsApp, Instagram direct message: whatever is your preferred method. You will always know the next campaign steps in advance. Contingencies are always in place to deal with any speed bumps along the way. Fees, marketing, advertising, and any related costs are clearly broken down at the initial appointment. Having personally bought, sold, and explored the development sphere, I understand the unique challenges and emotions that come with real estate transactions. By leveraging my knowledge and empathy, I foster open and excellent communication, guiding you through the property marketing and negotiation process with ease. Achieving a premium price, and not just a market price, is just the beginning. Once under contract, I do not disappear and provide end-to-end support for you. Organising building and pest, ensuring deposits are paid on time, and seamless settlements are all part of the service I provide. Over 18 years in various customer service industries, form the humble fish and chip shop to Brisbane art galleries, means my focus is unwavering when creating client-centred outcomes. An alum of St. Anthony's, Padua College, and Kedron State High School, I have witnessed the development and growth of the northern suburbs firsthand. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts with first-class honours from the University of Queensland, equipping me with writing and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent experience with Simon Brigden

Simon at LJ Hooker was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our dream home. He really went above and beyond, answering all our queries, as he helped us jump over every hurdle in what could have been a stressful situation. Simon was super responsive, patient and cooperative before and after settlement and worked supportively to find common ground between us and the sellers. He was professional and friendly and we’re delighted with our result. Thanks Simon!

We dealt with Simon 5 years ago when we bought our first home, and that positive experience is why we chose to use him again as our selling agent. He was proactive, always prompt, good communicator and guided us well through the process. Always happy to answer our questions and a really nice guy to work with all around!
