Simon first helped us when he located the perfect block of land for us. We had been looking for a while and Simon became aware of the land we eventually bought and informed us about it. It was clear when we first viewed it that he had listened to everything we had expressed that we were looking for. Simon then sold our house a few months later in a matter of days after it being placed on the market. The price he negotiated was beyond what we could ever have hoped for. We had some issues with delays due to covid but he kept us well informed and on track with the right advice. I can’t recommend him highly enough. We have been more than pleased with Simon’s efficiency, knowledge and attention to detail. He has been fantastic to communicate with- often accepting phone calls after business hours and will always return calls if he can’t answer immediately.
