I didn’t have a positive mindset about real estate agents until I met Simon, and he changed my mind. He is very professional with great communication skills, and he supported me through the process. Simon, Josh and Sarah were absolutely fantastic. First viewed the property in February 2024 after touring others with Josh he sent me in the direction of Sarah who was showing what would end up being our home up the road. Sarah was communicative and friendly and made the viewings comfortable while providing insight to the potential of the home. I then made an offer (eventually a couple of offers haha) through Sarah who was amazing at supporting the sellers in getting their asking price, and moved into our new home by April! Simon helped throughout the whole process, and was professional, friendly, efficient, and made the whole process a pleasure.
