Simon helped the reviewer sell this property

Very Professional

Simon provided an excellent service. He explained all aspects of selling our home in a way that we could understand. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market. He provided reasonable notice for when people wished to view our property so we could vacate the property. There were some communication issues at one time as Simon was unexpectedly unavailable. This was overcome quickly. As issues arose around the contract, Simon was very prompt in helping resolve the issue with the buyer.
