Simon was fully up to date with his knowledge of the area and what the market was doing. His ability to source and organise people to do work on the property to improve the presentation prior to the campaign was invaluable, especially when tradespeople are in short supply. He was in regular contact throughout the campaign and kept us fully informed regarding interested parties. His experience was evident on the day of the sale as well.
