Wasn't a completely smooth transaction.

Simon is very honest and easy to communicate. Nice man and do very quick response and process. But builder is not that good builder use very basic build quality that hurt me so much.

Simon helped us through the process of making an offer for our first home. He showed us multiple properties and gave us access to revisit the one we decided to purchase. The process of buying our first house was daunting but Simon helped break down the process and was available for phone calls if I had questions. I would happily work with him again in the future.
