We met Simon at our new property on a Saturday, at a 1:30pm inspection time. Simon was professional and able to assist with questions or 'would find out'. 5pm that same day, we called Simon, to ask for another inspection for the next day, as we were keen to put in an offer. A few minutes later, he had arranged for us to meet him there. Our second inspection - an offer made - we headed home whilst Simon went to the office to get a contract and then come to our house. For the next 1.5 hours, he listened to our previous (bad) experiences with three Real Estate Agents. Not only did he listen, he was genuine, real, and made sure we were buying the right house. He asked questions so that he could really getting to know us. He then ventured off to the property's owners. A couple of calls later, and another drive for Simon, he was back at our house, for us to sign the contract on the dotted line at 10:45pm!! Not only were we made to feel like we'd won the lottery, we were so happy that it was with someone who actually cared. My job is in the Sales industry, and I was very impressed with the Customer Experience he delivered to us. We woke Sunday morning, smiles on our faces, remembering our great night, with our Real Estate Agent!
