Im from Melbourne and I found a property online through Ray White Coomera Queensland and contacted Simon Finlayson, Armond and the team to do visual ( video call) inspection and the process was great. In terms of dealing with the vendor I would say It was a fantastic process as both parties were happy with the negotiations. The approached was very honest and professional. I would not hesitate to buy again from them. I highly recommended them as the a best agent to deal with in terms of buying a property that you love while your away to do physical inspections.

I have used Simon to sell a number of properties, and have found him to be very profesional and working for the client. I have found in the past some agents try to encourage you to accept offers so they can get the sale done, however, Simon works for the client and does his best to achieve the price you want, without any pressure to accept lower offers. He always presents himself professionally, the way he is dressed, the way he speaks to you, and the potential buyers, and always makes himself available to show our property, keeping us up to date with who has been through and what feedback they have given. Whilst inspecting properties to buy, I am always amazed at the way other agents present themselves and speak to potential buyers. I wonder why they are engaged by clients and know they would sell their property quicker and at a better price had they found an agent like Simon first. I am not a fan of real estate agents at all....... but I cant recommend Simon and his team highly enough, I wouldn't use another agent.

They say selling your home is a very stressful experience Not so with Simon. He is always very well presented and his communication is excellent.
