As purchasers - nothing was too much to ask of them, from additional inspections, contract negotiations, etc, everything was easy and they were always accessible and promptly communicated. They’re attitude is straight up and down, honest and genuine. We never felt pressured in any way, it was always a pleasure dealing with them from the first inspection right through to when we took possession of the property. Same faces, same attitude. As vendors - they are laser focussed on getting your property sold for an exceptional price. They have no interest in getting the deal done at any price, they are focussed on closing a sale, but at the right price. Our property didn’t sell at auction, and was listed for nearly 3 months in total. They’re attitude and focus didn’t change from day 1, through to day 90. Actively seeking out potential buyers, using databases, regular opens, private inspections, direct marketing and cross-selling across they’re offices etc etc. They leave no stone unturned. At times you would be mistaken to feel you’re they’re only listing at that point in time. From styling, detailing initial photos and getting the marketing material to a tee, they are personalised and very focussed/detailed. In a challenging market, the price achieved was still within they’re appraisal matrix. They’re appraisals are realistic and researched. And at no point did we get any pressure to accept any offers or reduce the price. They’re opinions were based on facts and honest. Albeit in a challenging market, they offered the facts and left the decision to you. This service was also on a sale which was by no means a high value listing for them in terms of commission. They have a genuine passion for what they do, and it shows in they’re conduct and service. Highly recommend them.
