By far and away, Simon Furnari from Belle Property is the best real estate agent I have had to deal with - and I have dealt with many in my personal and professional life. We asked Simon to sell the family property and as it turned out, had to be sold during the Sydney Covid lockdown (July 2021). This certainly complicated matters, however Simon Furnari and Belle Property handled the online auction superbly - from finding and bringing in a particular target group of potential buyers, to marketing the property, to advising us on still getting it sold just as the lockdown hit, to managing the online auction itself (which turned out to be far more spirited than I had expected). Simon took a realistic, no nonsense, honest approach, and yet still had the flair and strategies to maximise the price in a difficult market. He was decent throughout the process and remained sensitive and respectful to our needs and concerns along the way.
