We had previously tried to sell our investment property with another agent -with no luck. Less than 12months later our property was put back on the market with Simon and sold well above our reserve. Simon's strength is in his knowledge and strategy and being able to communicate that in a simple way for us to understand the pros and cons. This is the first property we've ever sold, so we were learning as we were going, and no question was ever too simple or complex for Simon. Simon was open and kept us up to date all the way through the process. As we are now based interstate we needed the open and constant flow of communication to keep us up to speed. Nothing was ever too hard - eg Simon had recommended that we keep our tenant in whilst selling, however plans changed when they moved overseas, so Simon changed the plan and in the end it turned out to be a positive. Overall I would recommend Simon to anyone looking to sell in Melbourne, no matter the type, size or price of the property. With so much on the line, you can't afford not to choose the best - and in my opinion Simon is just that.
