I met Simon in 2021 when I bought the property. He was the selling agent.I found Simon to be very personable and actually listened to what my requirements were. This was the house for me and I think Simon went to some effort in securing the property. In the 3 years of ownership at times I needed some information about the house and Simon was always able to get in contact with the previous owner and provide answers. It came time to sell just recently and the logical choice was to employ Simon for the job. The house needed some work before sale, and I wasn't able to attend to this as I live interstate. Simon took care of everything, with one job needing weeks of attention due to internal damage from tenants. This was problematic with regard to the trade, yet Simon handled it all with minimal input from myself. He has an excellent general knowledge of the area having grown up and continuing to live locally. Im always happy to have a beer with Simon socially, I consider him a mate.
