Simon proved himself to be a phenomenal agent in regards to the sale of our house, and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone. After being listed for several months with another agent with no offers, within two weeks Simon had it sold, and at the price we wanted. He went above and beyond to make it happen, and ended up on a Public Holiday travelling between buyers and us to negotiate the final agreement, keeping all parties happy in the process. His estimates and knowledge of the industry were spot on, and his positiveness and enthusiasm were key in achieving the end result. Can not rate Simon highly enough.

I thought well of Simon and had similar feedback from someone that knew me who was interested in buying my unit through Simon and called me afterwards. My tenant cooperated above and beyond expectations and was full of appreciation for Simon's attitude and communications. We all have room for improvement and I thought for Simon those were: Not being too driven by the past successful selling methods but by the property and the buyer target. Also taking great care to answer any questions (including following the Dalai Llama who will say "I don't know") and being careful not to divert until properly answered.
