Throughout the process of looking for a home in Ashfield Simon connected with me and my partner quite quickly. As purchasers the estate agent is never wanting to sell to you for the lowest price and Simon clearly works hard for his Vendors. When we were unable to meet in the middle on a property Simon advised that he had some others he could show us that were realistically in our price range.
