Simon helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest and upfront, professional yet down to earth

I initially went with Simon because his colleague, Koula, had been helping manage the property for over 5 years. She's incredible! Always responds in an efficient, kind and professional manner. I was equally impressed with Simon throughout the campaign. Initially, he was very clear with the suite of services he could provide and we were able to arrange a package that exactly suited my needs. He was also very competitively priced. Through the 4 week process, he constantly kept in touch to tell me about how the open inspections went, the level of interest and the potential buyers. I was also impressed that he was able to attract more interest outside of those who enquired via online channels. Lastly, I was very impressed with how the auction went on the day and ultimately, I was able to achieve a sale price that was above my initial expectations.
