Ethical agent, great communicator!

We recently purchased a home at auction from Simon as the selling agent. The whole experience as a buyer was excellent. Right from the first visit to see the house, Simon worked out of hours and was flexible to arrange visits in addition to the scheduled open Home times. As buyers this gave us a chance to feel comfortable inside the home. Simon also was 100% transparent and trustworthy in the negotiation process. He kept us informed at every stage, and at the point where it was obvious that we were going to auction he patiently explained the next steps for us. He has continued this extremely high level of service and communication since the auction purchase during the settlement period.
