I was impressed by how hard Simon worked to get me a sale. I had an open sales contract with several agents for my property, and the effort Simon put in...was well above others. I appreciated him keeping in communication throughout the sales and marketing process via written monthly reports on my property's online performance; notification when it was advertised locally; and feedback regarding potential buyers.
